Adaptive EQ

Music automatically tunes and adapts to the shape of your ear. Inward-facing microphones detect what you're hearing and adjust mid and low frequencies so you don't miss a single word of the chorus.

Longer battery life

The third-generation AirPods have an hour more battery life than the previous version. You'll be able to listen to music for 6 hours and talk for 4 hours. And with just 5 minutes of charging, you get about an hour of listening time or talk time. And with the Lightning Charging Case, you get up to 30 hours of battery life.

Water and sweat resistance

AirPods and the Lightning Charging Case are IPX4 rated for water resistance, so you can use them in the rain or during the most demanding workouts.
