Can I return a used device if I change my mind?

Used/refurbished items are not eligible for returns due to change of mind, but are covered by the legal warranty in case of a technical anomaly — which is why we classify each unit with a transparent condition grade before purchase.

Is the battery in good condition?

Yes — battery health is one of the mandatory points of our technical verification and is indicated on each device's product sheet (when applicable).

Does the device come with accessories?

It depends on the unit — when it includes accessories (e.g., data cable), this is indicated in the product description. If in doubt, talk to us before buying.
